Toolbar.js is a jQuery plugin which allows you to create tooltip-style toolbars. It uses Twitter Bootstrap’s icons for the UI.  With Toolbar.js you can easily create toolbars for use in web applications.

Toolbar.js allows you to create unlimited number of toolbars per page and allows you to create both horizontal and vertical tooltip toolbars. The toolbars can also be attached to an element on the page and are responsive in nature.
