I've mentionedWebPlatform.org before, this is an open community of developers building resources for a better web, regardless of brand, browser or platform. Adobe is very involved in this project, as are other industry leaders, and lots of individual developers.

Back in November we hosted the first ever Web Platform DocSprint in partnership with Google and the San Francisco HTML5 User Group. The event resulted in over 800 updates to the site and 34 new contributors to the effort.

And then in December a similar event was hosted at Google. Once again, additional users joined the project, and approximately 375 commits were made to the site.

So, it's time to do it again, and this time across the pond. Web Platform Doc Sprint Berlin is being hosted by Adobe Systems Germany with local representation from Facebook, Opera, and Google. The event takes place this coming February, snacks (and beer) will be provided, and registration is now open.
