I couldn't agree more. I am

I couldn't agree more. I am a CF Developer, but I do a lot of projects that either require a quick turn around or have a low-budget. Drupal is a perfect choice for these projects. That said, Drupal is also a great choice for large-scale sites too. Drupal scales well and is very customizable and extendable. I recommend it highly. I still prefer to work with ColdFusion when I can, but when I do need Drupal, it is a treat! Additionaly, Drupal has one of the most zealous, loyal and helpful communities I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Building themes in Drupal

Building themes in Drupal does have a fairly steep learning curve, but once you get past that and understand the intricacies, I have found that I can build a larger site faster than I could coding each page of content.

I've never put too much

I've never put too much thought into using a CMS for a customer's website -- I've always felt that they're a b**** to customize. Maybe I'll take a shot at it.

I agree 100%. Learning

I agree 100%. Learning Drupal has changed the way I do business, for the better of course. I have read several times that a developer's best trait is laziness and I really took that to heart. I love doing the next big thing, however since I am trying to make a profit, I don't want it to take over all my time for 4-6 months, Drupal lets me maintain a faster turn-around while still delivering a product I can be proud of.
