Building community is a core part of Adobe. There is a large number of user groups worldwide. Liz Arroyave Fredrick is one of the Adobe employees who helps manage and coordinate with the leaders in the Adobe community. Fredrick explains the benefits of joining a user group. One example may be that you lost your job and need a group of developers who can give you advice and provide leads for new job openings. The Adobe User Groups can help you build skills, network, and give you a sense of belonging.
